These terms and conditions govern your use of RevRecruit, a recruitment agency that applies for jobs on your behalf for a subscription fee of £22 per month. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. International Coverage
RevRecruit is available to users in the following countries: the UK, USA, EU member states, Ireland, and Canada. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with any local regulations applicable to their use of our services.
3. User Eligibility
To use RevRecruit, you must be:
At least 16 years old.
A resident of the country where you wish to apply for jobs.
4. Job Application Process
Candidates complete an online form to share their career goals, job preferences, and experience.
RevRecruit schedules a brief chat to understand candidates' aspirations and the roles they are targeting.
RevRecruit reviews and optimises candidates' CVs to ensure they meet industry standards and are ATS-friendly.
RevRecruit builds a comprehensive profile that highlights candidates' strengths and experiences for job applications.
RevRecruit begins applying for relevant job opportunities that match candidates' criteria, focusing on securing interviews.
Candidates will be promptly notified of any interview opportunities, along with preparation resources.
Candidates receive weekly summaries of their job search progress, including applications submitted and interview statuses.
RevRecruit continues to support candidates until they secure the job that’s right for them.
5. Interview Guarantee
RevRecruit guarantees at least two interviews each month for users actively engaged in our services.
6. Subscription and Payment
The subscription fee is £22 per month, billed monthly.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
7. Refund Policy
At RevRecruit, we commit to securing at least two job interview opportunities for our members each month. However, given the extensive range of services we offer, such as CV audits, cover letter templates, interview preparation, job profile optimisation, and active job applications, refunds will not be granted solely based on the absence of interview opportunities in any single month.
Our aim is to equip you with the tools and support necessary to enhance your job search and secure interviews, but factors beyond our control, such as employer response times and market conditions, may impact outcomes. Your subscription fee covers the full suite of services provided, and refunds will not be issued for any month where the interview target is not met, provided all other services have been delivered.
If you have concerns regarding your progress, we encourage you to contact us for a personalized review of your job search strategy, and we will make any necessary adjustments to help optimise your results.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where you secure employment through our services and inadvertently continue your subscription. In such instances, a refund will be issued for one month of the subscription fee.
To request this refund, you must provide proof of employment and contact us at contactrevrecruit@gmail.com within 30 days of your job start date.
8. Data Protection
Your personal data will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of applying for jobs on your behalf. We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR for EU residents.
Data will be discarded upon job acquisition, subscription cancellation, or upon your request. We store your data on our Notion database.
9. Service Limitations
RevRecruit will apply for jobs in any industry, without limitation.
10. Termination of Service
RevRecruit reserves the right to terminate your subscription under the following circumstances:
Creation of fake or duplicate accounts.
If it is discovered that you do not reside in a country where we provide services.
Disrespectful behaviour towards staff.
11. Additional Services
In addition to job applications, we offer:
Resume reviews.
Interview preparation documents.
Guidance on optimising other job profiles.
AI-assisted improvements for applications, resumes, and cover letters.
Job assessment preparation.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RevRecruit is registered. We may also consider mediation or arbitration as a means of resolution.
13. Modifications
RevRecruit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
RevRecruit is not liable for any loss of income, job opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
